Morrow Hospitality is in search of a creative and experienced Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy. This position will report to the Chief Operations Officer and will play a pivotal role within the Morrow Hospitality executive team, overseeing multiple restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and events. The incumbent will support the ongoing development and expansion of the diverse array of Morrow Hospitality brands.
Responsibilities will include managing the marketing team, executing promotional campaigns, designing, and implementing creative marketing plans, facilitating requests between partners, managers and content creators and maintaining the brands’ web & social platforms. This Director will be responsible for shaping both digital strategy and the execution of plans, including social media publishing, on a daily basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing and content distribution strategies for Morrow Hospitality brands. Prepare pitches to secure campaigns and marketing opportunities with key digital, mobile, and online promotional partners.
Partner Management: Support and manage relationships with key digital partner accounts, working closely with internal company teams and establishment manager partners to execute digital marketing plans and initiatives.
Content Development: Produce and post digital content, including text, images, and videos, collaborating with establishments and their teams to develop brand-generated content.
Site and Social Development / Management: Support and manage new brand site builds and launches, as well as maintain and update brand sites, social media profiles, and Morrow Hospitality properties.
Creative Marketing and Revenue Development: Drive brand awareness, site traffic, and content syndication through third-party editorials, features, social networking strategies, influencer marketing, marketing programs, D2C initiatives, contests/sweepstakes, and exclusive content promotions to boost revenue.
Reporting and Analysis: Compile and distribute regular reports to the internal team and utilize data to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Evaluate internal and competitive digital campaign performances to determine each promotion’s success and areas of opportunity for growth.
Other Priority Marketing: Develop and execute content release campaigns, seasonal promotions, and other marketing efforts as required around launches.
